Disbursement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Specialist to join our team and support escrow operations across a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinancing, relocation, and timeshare. This role plays a critical part in ensuring funds are accurately balanced and disbursed in a timely manner.

• Review closed escrow files to ensure accuracy and readiness for disbursement
• Verify that all transactions are fully funded and balances are correct
• Disburse funds according to closing instructions, typically through check issuance or wire transfers
• Partner with escrow officers, lenders, and buyers to resolve discrepancies and finalize file balancing
• Support branch operations by ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of all transactions
• Follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve routine discrepancies
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of escrow, title, or real estate transactions (preferred)
