As we expand this team, we are looking for driven, thoughtful, and motivated financial professionals with experience in an advisory, client services, or financial operations role, or a recent high‑caliber graduate eager to excel and build a long‑term career in a client-facing, relationship‑driven environment with a firm that will invest in their career growth alongside them.
Your Role on the Team:As the primary contact for our high‑net‑worth clients, you will collaborate with Investment Consultants, trading/research professionals, and firm leadership to deliver accurate, personalized, and exceptional service. To be successful in this role, one must be a motivated team player who possesses the ability to successfully work in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. A successful Client Services Manager is willing to take ownership and accountability over their actions and is enthusiastically capable of advancing their knowledge and understanding beyond the scope of their specific functions.

The Client Services Managers are the primary point of contact for all designated clients, responsible for providing the highest level of investment service.
- Manage client requests promptly, documenting all instructions and activity thoroughly in the CRM
- Supervise client investment portfolios in accordance with their Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
- Lead client onboarding administrative processes including document preparation, asset inventory, and transferability
- Manage client meeting preparation, follow‑up, and ongoing relationship management, with progressively independent participation over time
- Participate in client and investment committee meetings as needed
- Proactively monitor daily client activity such as cash needs and requisite cash flow planning instructions
- Contribute to a collaborative culture with a solutions‑oriented attitude focusing on accountability and follow‑through
- Demonstrate, in a professional manner, passion, energy, empathy, and problem‑solving skills while delivering unparalleled value and outstanding service to our clients
- Desire to work in a collaborative, team‑based culture dedicated to resolving a variety of complex client inquiries and issues
