We are looking for equities trading associates to join our proprietary trading firm. You will trade stocks and options with firm‑allocated capital, developing your trading skills while working alongside a network of experienced traders in a remote, performance‑driven environment.

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi‑leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge
• Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure
• Process‑oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post‑trade analysis
• Independent, accountable and committed to long‑term trading development
• Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus

• 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance
• Keep 65% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you move up the firm’s tiers
• Begin with up to $50,000 in firm‑allocated buying power, scaling to $500,000+
• Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location
• Documented bi‑monthly review process for capital and tier advancement
• Additional advancement incentives and bonuses discussed during the interview
