Axos Bank Loan Servicing Customer Service Associate
Axos Bank Target Range: $17.00/hr.
- $19.00/hr actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role.
- Receive inbound customer calls and chats.
- Research and resolve customer issues.
- Manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues.
- Meet critical regulatory and company deadlines.
HS Diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
