Job Overview
This role engages clients in the lobby, educating them and assisting with transactions through self‑service options such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. The position requires accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions while building deep relationships to connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Effective collaboration and relationship building.

- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, finance).

PayHourly rate: $25.00 – $27.88 (based on experience, education, and skill set). Role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
