We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused professional to support finance and billing operations within a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. In this role, you will help ensure accurate deal processing, compliance with internal procedures, and a smooth experience for both customers and team members. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, financial accuracy, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of retail and lease deal documents.
- Support finance operations by verifying accuracy of contracts, funding packages, and related paperwork.
- Ensure billing, titling, and registration documents are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and title teams to resolve discrepancies and complete transactions.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, lender requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Review deal files for completeness and correct any missing or inaccurate information.
- Prepare and track payoff, lien, and funding documentation as needed.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and document retention processes.
- Provide professional support to customers and internal team members regarding billing and finance-related questions.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership finance, billing, accounting, or related administrative support preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, or similar business software preferred.
- Understanding of dealership deal structures, funding processes, titling, or registration procedures is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
