Overview
A growing Family Office is seeking an analytical, self‑motivated Treasury Manager for a newly created, autonomous role focused on building and optimizing processes across multi‑entity financial structures. In this position, you will oversee cash management, liquidity, banking, and cash reconciliation across multiple generations, trusts, and investment vehicles.
Compensation & Benefits- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000+ per year, plus a bonus

- Cash & Liquidity Management: Manage daily cash positioning across dozens of multi‑currency entities, develop robust short‑ and long‑term forecasts, and ensure seamless funding for capital calls, taxes, and operations.
- Banking & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for private, custodian, and commercial banks; handle account administration and optimize bank fees.
- Yield & Investment Optimization: Maximize yield on idle cash using short‑term investments while preserving capital and following investment guidelines.
- Payment Operations & Fraud Prevention: Initiate and approve high‑value domestic and international wire transfers, enforce rigorous internal controls and dual authorizations.
- Reporting & Cross‑Functional Liaison: Prepare comprehensive treasury dashboards for senior leadership and collaborate with business units to assess project impacts on liquidity.
- Process & Technology Optimization: Lead treasury technology initiatives to streamline workflows, update policies, and align activities with corporate accounting standards.
- Key
Competencies:
Prioritize competing, high‑volume deadlines with meticulous attention to detail in a fast‑moving, multi‑entity environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional
Experience:
5+ years of relevant treasury or cash management experience and a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or database platforms. - Certifications: CTP, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- Communication &
Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and coordinate across departments. - Execution & Drive: Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority deliverables under tight deadlines and drive continuous process improvement.
