Role Description

The Regional Revenue Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for overseeing revenue performance across a designated regional portfolio, including monitoring daily revenue activity, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize profitability. The Regional Revenue Manager will prepare and review revenue forecasts, work closely with finance and accounting teams on accurate revenue recognition, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, conducting variance analyses, and presenting findings and recommendations to regional and corporate leadership. The role also collaborates with operations and sales teams to align pricing, inventory strategies, and promotional initiatives with overall revenue and business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate revenue trends, interpret data, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • 2‑3 years experience as a revenue manager handling 3+ properties simultaneously.
  • Candidates should possess Revenue Management expertise, including experience with pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting knowledge to support accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Candidates should possess Revenue Recognition skills, with familiarity in applying applicable guidelines and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of recorded revenue.
  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Beneficial skills include proficiency with financial and revenue management systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience in hospitality or vacation ownership.
  • Additional qualifications include strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and a track record of improving financial performance.
What Will I be Doing?

The Regional Revenue Manager will drive revenue and profits for the brand by generating $35M‑$60M+ annually in Rental Revenue across multiple markets and 5-7 properties. This position applies strategies for group and transient business thresholds within a five‑year forecast to ensure measurable improvements of demand, revenue, Average Daily Rate, & impact on RevPAR targets. Implements plans to integrate and align functions across the organization including Marketing, Sales, Reservations, and others to achieve revenue targets.

Supplies critical analysis on the effects of short‑range decisions affecting occupancy, average rate, and room profit goals within the current 53‑week period. Analysis of city events and activities projecting the effect of possible risks and opportunities. Manage a team of Revenue…
