Teller; Service - Durango South Branch

40‑hour Teller (Client Service Associate) – Service Staff team. Service Staff colleagues travel to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our Durango South / 215 branch in Las Vegas, NV
. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by providing a variety of services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients’ problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross‑sell bank opportunities by exploring clients’ needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients’ needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving is an essential function of this role; employee must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay range (depending on experience): $18.90 - $21.00/hour.
