Relationship Banker - Mandarin Required

Job Overview

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and build deep conversations with clients to connect solutions that meet their financial goals.

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.

• Works weekends and/or extended hours and is willing to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
• Mandarin language proficiency.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry, products, and solutions.
• At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

• Adaptability, business acumen, customer and client focus, oral communications, problem solving, account management, client experience, branding, client management, client solutions advisory, relationship building, business development pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, referral management.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $27.88 depending on experience, education and skill set.
