Part-Time Spanish Banking CSR Rep
As a Part-Time Spanish Banking CSR Rep you will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the bank's relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience. Position duties and responsibilities include actively engaging members and establishing a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs. Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations, and banking policies and procedures and current promotions. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position qualifications and skill requirements include a high school diploma/GED required and minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
