Roving Personal Banker

• Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area
• Cover banker and teller absences and temporarily fill open positions as needed
• Adapt to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining service quality and bank standards
• Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach
• Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, solutions, and digital tools
• Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals
• Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities while accurately processing transactions
• Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance customer experience
• Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls
• Collaborate with branch teammates and coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Prior financial services or highly regulated customer-facing experience desired
• Experience building trust-based customer relationships desired
• Comfort initiating outreach through calls, emails, or other channels desired
• Comfort with digital tools and technology and ability to learn new systems desired
• Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions desired
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners desired
• Ability to follow policies and regulations and identify and elevate risk concerns desired
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned geography
• Ability to commute to assigned branch locations for the duration of the assignment
• Ability to work a schedule including Saturdays
• Ability to flex between cash handling and customer banking activities
