The ideal candidate maintains positive working relationships with both clients and colleagues and demonstrates a service-focused approach to every interaction. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a trust company or similar institution utilizing a fiduciary operating system
• Equivalent securities industry experience will also be considered

As our Trust Operations Client Services Associate, you'll serve as a key connection point between clients, vendors, and internal team members while ensuring trust account information remains accurate, organized, and up to date. Throughout your day, you'll coordinate account updates and changes, review and establish new account files, maintain account statements and contact information, respond to routine requests, and provide assistance during more complex situations requiring problem-solving and resolution.
