HELP of Southern Nevada seeks a Housing Finance Compliance professional to ensure adherence to funding regulations and agency policies within a nonprofit housing program.
Under supervision of the Housing Finance Specialist Lead, Director of Grants & Compliance, and the CFO, you will prepare income calculations, review leases, process rent and utility payments, maintain rent spreadsheets, and support audits and filings while coordinating with program leadership.
