The Payroll Call Center Specialist compiles payroll data, entry of data, and reconciliation of errors, prepares payroll reporting data for the payroll analyst to maintain payroll records.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary- Researches required employee information using available resources.
- Handles and resolve employee payroll grievances.
- Ability toidentifyand elevate priority issues.
- Provides internal customer service by obtaining employee information and guiding towards a resolution.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize when follow-up isrequiredwith internal customers.
- Contact business or private individuals by phone.
- Musthave strong listening skills.
- May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
High School Diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of phone or customer service-related experience. (Payroll experience preferred)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of computer software; MS Excel, Access, and Project, Infinium.
- Attention to detail and numerical skills.
