This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based at a Cathay Bank branch in Las Vegas, NV. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensures excellent client service, and promotes the bank’s products and services to meet branch sales and growth targets. Responsibilities include leading and coaching branch team members, supervising transaction quality and compliance, and maintaining accurate cash control and operational procedures.

The role also involves building and managing client relationships, resolving escalated customer issues, supporting local business development initiatives, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

• Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to deliver a positive client experience, handle complex inquiries, and support long-term client retention.
• Candidates should possess leadership and team development skills, including staff coaching, performance management, scheduling, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Candidates should possess sales and business development skills to promote banking products, meet sales goals, and support local market growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills for clear verbal and written communication with clients, team members, and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in branch or retail banking management.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a financial institution or retail banking environment is highly beneficial.
• Working knowledge of banking systems, basic financial analysis, and regulatory requirements (such as BSA/AML and consumer lending regulations) is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
