We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dealership team. In this role, you will help guide customers through the financing and leasing process, structure deals that support both customer needs and business goals, and collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to deliver a smooth and professional buying experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to present financing and leasing options in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner.
  • Structure finance and lease agreements that align with lender guidelines, dealership policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Submit credit applications, evaluate approvals, and coordinate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
  • Prepare and review all deal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper execution.
  • Explain product options such as service contracts, protection plans, and other value-added offerings as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, customers, sales staff, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and dealership standards.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving dealership finance and sales goals.
  • Support a positive customer experience from deal presentation through final delivery.
  • Stay current on financing trends, lender programs, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive finance, lending, sales, or a related customer-facing financial role.
  • Strong understanding of finance and lease structures, credit processes, and dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working with numbers, documents, and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and ethical sales practices.
  • Proficiency with dealership software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
