Hair Stylist position delivers professional hair styling, coloring, and cutting services to guests while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing spa experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures, and Nevada law. This is a commission + hourly rate position.

• Provide spa guests with a comfortable and relaxing spa experience while ensuring the utmost safety for our guests.
• Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., medications, allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
• Maintain the highest level of guest service by providing guests with a broad understanding of current techniques and procedures. Must be qualified and able to perform all treatments offered.
• Ensure uncompromising level of cleanliness of work area and/or treatment room at all times.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa. (Retail sales goals may be required.) Informs facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
• Knowlegeable about the facility, the property and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with guests.
• Reports any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team. Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in a resort spa environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a minimum of 1000 hours of licensed cosmetology school training.
• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
