Salon Manager at FS Cut & Color

FS Cut & Color is a premier national franchise system with over 50 years of excellence and 600+ locations nationwide. This particular location is family owned and has been at the same location since 1997....almost 30 years!

We're looking for a confident, full-time hair stylist with management experience and a current Nevada Cosmetology license to lead our team.

• Deliver full-service, expert hair care, including cuts, colors, chemical services, andperms.
• Manage client flow, ensure appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
• Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
• Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
• Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
• Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.

• Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 2yearsexperience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Proficient withsalon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
