Position: Community Care Liaison.
As a Community Care Liaison specializing in marketing and engagement for a homecare agency, your primary objective is to promote the agency's services, increase awareness, and engage with the community to generate organic client growth. Your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and conducting outreach activities to attract potential clients. You will serve as the agency's representative and advocate, promoting the benefits and value of homecare services.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales and community engagement.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive organic lead generation and client growth within a healthcare setting.
- Deep knowledge of the local community landscape and the ability to identify new opportunities for brand awareness and service promotion.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term partnerships with key community stakeholders and referral sources.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities to serve as a persuasive advocate and representative for the agency's value proposition.
- Experience in conducting community outreach activities, including organizing events and seminars to educate the public on homecare benefits.
- Ability to translate agency goals into actionable marketing plans that consistently meet or exceed growth targets.
- High level of proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and professional social media management to enhance the agency's visibility.
- Marketing Strategy Development - Collaborate with the agency's management team to create a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on increasing the agency's popularity and attracting organic clients. This includes conducting market research, identifying target demographics, and developing marketing campaigns to reach and engage potential clients effectively.
- Community Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, senior centers, retirement communities, and other relevant entities. Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services and establish partnerships that can lead to client referrals.
- Client Outreach - Proactively reach out to potential clients, their families, and caregivers to educate them about the benefits of homecare services. Utilize various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to provide information, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to foster trust and confidence in the agency.
- Content Creation - Develop compelling and informative content, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and brochures, to showcase the agency's expertise, services, and success stories. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to branding guidelines and effectively communicate the agency's value proposition.
- Online Presence Management - Oversee the agency's online presence, including website management, social media accounts, online directories, and review platforms. Regularly update and optimize these platforms to maximize visibility and engagement. Monitor online reviews and respond promptly and professionally to feedback or inquiries.
- Referral Program Development - Establish and manage a referral program to incentivize satisfied clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners to refer potential clients to the agency. Develop referral materials, track referral sources, and provide recognition or rewards as appropriate.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Track and analyze marketing efforts, referral sources, and client acquisition metrics. Prepare regular reports for the management team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Compliance and Ethics - Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to marketing and client engagement in the healthcare industry. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Care Coordination - Manage the end-to-end client experience by conducting assessments, matching caregivers to specific needs, and overseeing care delivery to ensure full regulatory compliance and high family satisfaction.
The Community Care Liaison is eligible for the following PTO schedule:
- PTO will be earned at 1 hour per 40 hours worked up to 40 hours the first year.
- Every year thereafter 8 hours of additional PTO will be added up to 80 hours.
