Bright Star Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health Company

📍 Service Area:
Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas 💰 Wage: $90 per visit 🕒 Flexible Scheduling

• Active Nevada Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of experience as an OT
• CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
• Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 2-Step TB test and Physical Exam
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus!

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
• Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
