: $30,000 - $70,000 / year

This position allows you to deliver meaningful pediatric therapy without excessive documentation, long drive times, or unrealistic expectations.

• Provide pediatric physical therapy in home-based settings.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Meets qualifications as established by APTA
• Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification
