Beltone Hearing Care Center, proudly owned and operated by MLM Hearing, LLC, is a nationally recognized leader in hearing healthcare with over 155 clinics across the U.S. We are expanding our Nevada team and seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to support our clinics in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV.

• First-year total compensation starting at $95,000 (base + bonuses)
• Competitive salary structure with high-income potential

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to determine patient needs
• Provide professional recommendations for hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
• Educate patients on hearing health and support community outreach initiatives
• Deliver Beltone’s exclusive Belcare Promise through consistent, high‑quality care
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues
• Uphold a values-driven approach built on integrity, respect, and empathy
• Current Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure OR Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) eligible to dispense in Nevada
• Minimum 1 year of experience fitting/dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
