We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping patients regain communication skills, confidence, and independence — all in the comfort of their own homes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our user-friendly EMR system

• Active Nevada SLP license and required certifications

• Minimum of one year of home health experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)

• Comfort using tablets and EMR systems

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
