Position: INSURANCE VERIFICATION REPRESENTATIVE @ HENDERSON (PER DIEM VARIED)

Responsibilities

Diligently verify and confirm insurance benefits for all inhouse patients, ensuring comprehensive documentation of coverage details. Accurately verify payor sources to secure all necessary authorizations for hospital services and conduct continuous follow up to maintain ongoing coverage and authorizations ensuring clean claims for reimbursement.

Qualifications
  • Shift: PER DIEM VARIED
  • Education:

    High School or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:

    Two to three years’ experience in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare position as it relates to insurance payors and verification/authorization processes.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Computer proficiency including word processing and patient accounting system. HIPPA Compliance.
  • License/Certification:
    None
  • Other:
    Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
