Overview
PWG is a private outpatient mental health practice looking for Licensed Therapists or Licensed Interns. Must have a Nevada license to practice.
Responsibilities- Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or groups.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support the overall well-being of clients.
- Work with children and adults.
- Must have a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, or a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
- Must have an active, or can obtain, an unrestricted clinical license
:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist in the STATE OF NEVADA. - Have a desire to work with a wide variety of clients and clinical presentations despite age or gender.
- Have an open mind and be willing to learn.
- Be a productive team member with a positive attitude who is willing to collaborate with others.
- Must be willing to provide a state business license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership.
- Ensure all documentation is completed on time.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong ethical standards.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Work with a plethora of treatment needs but with the liberty and option for choosing those most suited to your scope of practice.
- Collaborate with our supportive team of treatment providers and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
- Professional web and community marketing of your services.
- Administrative staff to manage administrative duties for you.
- Credentialing and related expenses covered.
- Supervisory consultation as needed.
- Professional, clean office environment.
- Free secondary supervision (for those who qualify).
- Assistance with primary supervision fees.
- Full and part-time caseloads filled in 4-5 weeks.
- Flexible schedule, work your hours that are consistent and concrete.
- Business Development.
- Support with understanding taxes and setting up an LLC.
- Training on what city/state/local business licenses are needed.
