Speech-Language Pathologist

Join a growing therapy team as a full‑time or part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist
, with potential relocation assistance.

Provide speech therapy services to enhance communication and swallowing abilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating residents to improve quality of life.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following regulations and physician orders.
• Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams and outside providers.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with billing standards.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Stay current with clinical practices through ongoing education and training.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology and valid state licensure.
• Preferred prior therapy experience, especially in long‑term care.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health records.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and travel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle emotional demands of the role.

• Hourly pay ranging from $48.00 to $58.00.
