Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Director Surgical Services! Bonus Incentives Program and Full Relocation!
Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
- 20+ ORs
- Over 18,000 cases annually, 60-80 cases/day
- Key services – adult & pediatric surgical, adult heart program, peds congenital heart program (only one in the state of Nevada), ortho, neurosurgery, burn, trauma, urology
- Top outreach program in the company - ~30+ transfers a day from outlying facilities 45% ish of surgeries come through ER
- Reports into the VP Surgical Services & COO
- Oversight of OR, CVOR, Anesthesia techs, endo, SPD & EVS OR
- 3 managers
Requirements:
- BSN Required
- Must have Director Surgical Services experience
