The Practice Manager is responsible for daily operations management and supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- The practice manager will maintain regulatory compliance and is responsible for maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, proper credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (CBO, marketing, quality team, business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c‑suite, facilities, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practice operations.
- Practice manager will be the primary practice liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations, volume, and revenue generation to ensure practice budgets are met and provider subsidies are kept to a minimum.
- Participates in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Demonstrates service excellence, conveys professionalism, and always maintains appropriate confidentiality.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- In lieu of degree, 5–7 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisory capacity.
- CMPE certification preferred
- 3–5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
