Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1978. ASI offers accessible, affordable housing with supportive services, enabling consumers to live independently in cooperative homes or apartments and share service hours to provide 24/7/365 support. Today ASI operates as a nationwide organization providing accessible housing, property management and supportive living services to over 3,000 adults with physical disabilities and brain injuries, as well as seniors and veterans, in 141 residential homes and apartment settings in 31 states.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Group Home Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of three residential community living sites serving adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and individualized goals of the people we support. You will lead and manage a 24-hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) team, fostering a professional, collaborative work environment while supporting individuals to reach or maintain their highest level of independence.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injury
• At least one year of successful supervisory or management experience
• Experience working with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus
