Shift: Days | Rotating Weekends (7-10 Hour Shifts)
Compensation
- Pay Range: $135,004 - $202,555 annually
(Compensation based on years of experience and leadership background.)
A large, high-acuity acute care hospital in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to lead and oversee all case management operations. This executive-level leader will drive strategic initiatives related to care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, and quality performance.
The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, physicians, and post-acute partners to ensure optimal patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Direct and evaluate all departmental operations, including:
- Case management care delivery model
- Staffing structure (skill mix & FTE management)
- Onboarding and competency validation
- Information technology utilization
- Allocate resources to meet productivity, quality, and financial goals
- Oversee core Case Management functions and professional practice standards
- Ensure timely, high-quality care coordination and discharge planning processes with accurate documentation
- Partner with executive leadership, including Finance and Division Case Management leadership, to achieve strategic and financial objectives
- Analyze operational data to assess departmental performance and implement sustainable improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
- Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Ancillary service leaders
- Ethics & Compliance
- Legal
- Promote and uphold organizational mission, values, and Code of Conduct
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Active licensure as one of the following:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Minimum 3+ years of acute care hospital Case Management experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Case Management leadership experience
