ER at Blue Diamond, an extension of Spring Valley Medical Center, is a freestanding emergency department providing 24/7 emergency care to infants, children and adults. ER at Blue Diamond has achieved TJC Advanced Certifications in Acute Stroke Ready and Acute Heart Attack Ready.

Under direct supervision, VHS HTM BMET performs evaluations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on devices used in the care and treatment of patients at assigned VHS facilities. Meets all established key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.

Perform evaluations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on medical devices used in patient care at assigned facilities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC, State, Local) and meet all established key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Experience: One Year of experience working in hospital Biomedical/Clinical Engineering department preferred.
