Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in clients.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
  • Monitor and document client progress towards speech and language goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
  • Educate clients and families on speech and language development.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to track and measure treatment outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in conducting speech and language assessments.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills for client and family education.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven approaches for measuring outcomes.
  • Experience in advocating for clients within the healthcare system.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate client records.
