Caesars Entertainment - - - Responsibilities:
Takes, records, and cancels reservations in the Hotel Information System.;
Provide five-star front desk services and personalize guest experiences.;
Assist VIP Agent Functions (Check in, Checkout, Keys and Mail).;
Log receipts of packages delivered to guests and maintain the electronic guest database.;
Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
