Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.;
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their specific needs.;

Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.;
Be familiar with tools, products, and services in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience; understand how to use the Target App features including Wallet, and drive-up and online ordering.
