This new seated service program expands that philosophy into the guest’s arrival and table experience.

About the Role

Spiegelworld is looking for a Host to join the team at Absinthe in Las Vegas. The Host serves as the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for an unforgettable evening through warmth, professionalism, and confident presence. This role is responsible for greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, guiding them throughout the venue, and performing thoughtful table‑touch service rituals that enhance the overall experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest‑focused, and attentive to detail, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and elevated. Success in this role requires strong floor awareness, polished guest instincts, and the ability to balance theatrical timing with disciplined hospitality standards—helping create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and electric. This is a full time, union position that pays $23.102/hour.
