This new seated service program expands that philosophy into the guest’s arrival and table experience.

We are hosting an Open Call Audition for Model Cocktail Server and Host positions at Absinthe Las Vegas
. These roles are performance-driven hospitality positions designed for individuals who thrive in high-energy, guest-facing environments and who bring presence, confidence, and personality to everything they do.

Location: Green Fairy Garden/ Absinthe located outside Caesars Palace
Date: March 2nd
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Please arrive in modeling, venue-appropriate attire.
Bring a portfolio and be prepared to showcase a guest-facing special talent on the spot
, just as you would in the venue.

This is a live audition format. Candidates should expect in-person interaction, improvisation, and performance-based evaluation.

A performance-forward service role focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences through elevated hospitality, presence, charm, and improvisation. This position blends service, modeling, and live interaction in a high-profile entertainment environment.

Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 4:40 PM – 10:40 PM (Thursday/Friday off)

Environment: High-volume, immersive theater and hospitality setting

Union Position

The first impression of the guest experience. Hosts at Absinthe lead guest flow, manage arrival rituals, guide seating, and set the tone for the entire evening. This role blends hospitality precision with theatrical timing and elevated presence.
