Position: PT'S WINGS & SPORTS BAR PORT
Summary:

As the PT's Bar Porter - you will work with the Bartenders to ensure they have all items needed. You will maintain the bar and equipment clean and replenish bar supplies in a timely manner. Your strong guest service knowledge will deliver exceptional, authentic guest service to care for the guests.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

* Receive and stock liquor, beer, garnishes, and pump room supplies

* Responsible for removal of glassware, cleanliness of glassware, and restocking of glassware

* Maintain and clean bar, equipment, bar fixtures, sink and drains for a presentable, clean and inviting environment to guests

* Replace beer kegs as needed

* Deliver products and supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked

* Responsible for removal of trash and empty bottles

* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

* Previous experience in role with similar responsibilities or with relevant transferrable skills in a similar environment preferred

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high paced, busy environment

* Proven experience providing high level of guest service

* At least 21 years of age

* High School diploma or equivalent required

* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

* Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

* Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.

* Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

* Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist, stand and walk

* Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone

* Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person

* Ability to distinguish between shades of color

* Ability to tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
