**** THE JOB:
** As a Parking Ambassador at MGM Grand, you create a welcoming first impression by delivering friendly, efficient service from the moment guests arrive. You’ll manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe and seamless parking operations while minimizing congestion and delays. As a knowledgeable property ambassador, you’ll assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, and personalized recommendations. You’ll also address guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed and maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $14.65    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
* Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
* Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
* Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
* Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED required
* 6+ Months of prior relevant guest service experience required
