As a Common Area / Laundry Associate, you’ll make dream vacations dreamier by keeping our bedding clean and cozy. Families will thank you when they wrap up in fresh towels after a fun day at the pool or dine with friends around a table draped in clean linens. You will also ensure that common areas are tidy, including trash pickup, lobby, restrooms, pool area, and maintaining a clean and orderly laundry facility.

• Process laundry, including loading, operating, and unloading washers and dryers.
• Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• Assist in monthly linen inventory and prepare and stock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding promptly and completely to inquiries and concerns.
• Keep common areas—parking lot, pool area, lobby—clean at all times.

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
