VIP Marketing Host - 2026 Daylife Auditions Las Vegas

The VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. The position facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them, maintains a high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability.

Functions of the Position Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Sell and maintain VIP table reservations/guest list at assigned branded location
  • Maintain minimum revenue support weekly requirements at company branded locations other than your own
  • Maintain a minimum assigned number of guests checked in on the VIP guest lists
  • Enter all VIP table reservations into the company system including the guest’s full name, cell number, and email address. Reservations without complete information will not be counted toward the minimum requirements and commissions will not be paid.
  • Complete all assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks per management’s requests
  • Maintain professionalism at the workplace and with co‑workers and patrons
  • Notify and obtain approval for all breaks, leave, or duties that can’t be performed at the assigned time
  • Maintain a consistent and high level of guest list productivity
  • Be attentive to all company-related events, upcoming venues, and changes
  • Maintain and meet all marketing requirements such as guest list, contact information forms, social media invites, and bulletins
  • Keep workstation/podium neat and orderly
  • Promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
  • Provide customers with information and directions
  • Inform management of any complaint, comment, or incident
  • Appear in dress code for all shifts at scheduled time
  • Comply with cross‑promotion of all venues as needed
  • Refrain from giving Company collateral or business cards to individuals who sell collateral or misrepresent the company
  • Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned
  • Promote Tao Group Restaurants to all guests prior to visiting the nightclub to meet stated revenue goals per position
Education / Working Knowledge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Five plus (5+) years in the nightlife industry
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and POS systems preferred
  • 21+ years of age

  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive energy throughout the day
  • Read computer monitors and print legibly
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
  • Move quickly through work and set the pace in the office
  • Push and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Small to medium office environment
  • Office, casino, nightclub, bar, lounge, and/or restaurant working environment
  • 5‑25% local travel (United States)
  • Environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke depending on guest volume
  • May work extended hours, irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, holiday work may be required
  • Maintain professional, neat, and well‑groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
  • Effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co‑workers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality, including client confidentiality
  • Handle a fast‑paced, busy, somewhat stressful environment
