Supports the Café Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading daily operations, and developing a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities:

Sanitize equipment after each use and set up rooms according to Palm Beach Tan standards.

Requirements:

• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate departmental coverage at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain standards in the quality of all beverage services.

Work varying shifts, days, and hours with open availability preferred. Collaborate with Sodexo.

Oversee the operations of the Five Guys bar and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee beverage operations.
• Assist with hiring, interview, and training of staff.

Deliver exceptional service and maintain safety throughout the property.

Track product shortages and equipment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, hire, and train new staff in their job duties.
• Handle liquor inventory, scheduling, and shift bids.

Serve as a key leader in luxury beverage operations, collaborating closely with the Director of Beverage.

Empower associates to take initiative, be proactive, and contribute to the success of the property with well‑defined strategies and objectives.

Assist customers, verify vehicle information, maintain the lot, and support daily yard operations.

Ensure that all guests are drinking responsibly and interpret the needs of guests.
