Beverage/Bar Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage/Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our Five Guys bar. This leadership role requires a professional with proven hospitality management skills, a deep understanding of bar operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Five Guys Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, maintaining compliance, and cultivating an energetic and memorable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house bar operations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Recruit, train, and schedule
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee ordering of supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor cost control.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture centered around accountability and exceptional service

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a bar, lounge, or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced, service-focused setting
- Customer Service: Strong background in delivering high-level guest experiences and handling customer relations with professionalism
- Operations Expertise: Familiarity with inventory control and costs
- Compliance: Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal health and alcohol regulations; certifications such as Serv Safe, Tam Certified.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear staff coordination and guest interaction
- Creative: Passion for immersive concepts and ability to contribute to drink innovative.
- Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage shifting priorities
