THE JOB:As an on call Houseperson, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.315
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Ensure that assigned areas are clean and presentable
- Routinely clean ash urns, and dust lamps, mirrors, and picture frames to maintain a clean and inviting appearance
- Ensure marble floors in assigned areas are clean and free of debris through routine vacuuming, and sweeping
- Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaways and cribs to guest rooms
- Routinely empty trash cans and linen from the Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed
- Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies to assigned lockers, and stock it
- Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, safety procedures, general clean, pull room procedures, and quarterly mattress-flipping procedure
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned restrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized
- Vacuum hallways, lobbies, and edges thoroughly and clean hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers to uphold a pristine environment
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
