As a Priority Check-In Lounge Representative, you'll welcome guests with warmth, style, and exceptional service while providing a personalized, elevated check-in experience.

The Starting Rate: $21.00 / Per Hour
The Day-To-Day:
- Open and close the Priority Lounge daily by following department standards, including running LMS/Opera arrival and departure reports, assigning rooms for Priority arrivals, ensuring amenities are sent, running next-day arrival reports, forwarding phones, and locking the Priority Lounge
- Ensure the Priority check-in and check-out process is thorough, efficient, and runs smoothly while maintaining an excellent working relationship between the property and guests
- Answer guest questions, facilitate reservations, and verify that special requests and amenities are delivered
- Enhance the guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
- Control and issue keys while protecting guest security, privacy, and confidentiality
- Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property cash handling procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Food Handler's Card
- One (1) year of prior relevant Front Desk, Concierge and/or Guest Services experience preferred
- Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, bilingual highly preferred
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
