** THE JOB**:

Join the team as an On-Call Front Desk Representative, where you’ll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment.  In this role, you’ll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

** THE STARTING PAY RATE:**  $19.00 / Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
* Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner
* Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
* Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
* Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property procedures
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred
* Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
