Assist in the day-to-day supervision to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while assuring compliance with policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Oversee the operations of the Hotel Housekeeping staff to include, Status Board, Clerks, Suite Attendants, Housepersons, and Suite Supervisors. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing top quality customer service and hospitality.

• Lead and support housekeeping Team Members to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and hotel spaces meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Oversees all Housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all keys are properly signed in and out.
• Assist in the preparation of periodical performance reviews of assigned personnel.
• Supervise all daily staff performance, provide coaching, conduct evaluations, and address performance concerns when necessary.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and work areas regularly to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to communicate room status updates and support hotel operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and amenities and report operational or maintenance issues promptly.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns, equipment issues, and maintenance needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions, departmental meetings, and management meetings to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Compile departmental work schedules and monitor workload to ensure a proper balance of work. Prepare schedules to ensure all areas are properly staffed. Make necessary adjustments as needed.

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping operation is necessary.
• Knowledge of computers and typing skills are essential.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English, with excellent customer service skills.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts and at multiple properties; bilingual abilities preferred.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements preferred.
