We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the Global Operations team. This role is responsible for managing employee relations services across a designated region. You will serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues, provide expert guidance, interpret policies, lead investigations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR business partners, legal, and compliance teams.

  • This role is hybrid in Las Vegas, NV
  • 3 days a week on-site, 2 days remote
  • 6 months for now with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct objective investigations into workplace issues, including grievances, whistle blower concerns, and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise managers and employees, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure fair and lawful implementation of corrective actions and policy enforcement.
  • Analyze ER data, trends, and create reports with actionable insights.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation using Service Now while safeguarding confidentiality.
  • Prepare responses and represent the company in regulatory matters such as unemployment hearings and agency inquiries.
  • Lead exit interviews and feedback analysis to identify and address workplace trends.
  • Maintain and update employee relations policies, practices, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee/labor relations or as an HR business partner.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage sensitive issues discreetly, and provide sound recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience with case management systems and virtual collaboration tools.
