• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates using social media, referrals, and creative recruiting strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Run background checks, reference checks, and verifications
• Assist with employee evaluations and performance management
• Provide excellent customer service and support

• 1-2 years of staffing industry recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, driven mindset and willingness to take ownership

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
, as many of the candidates served are bilingual — but non-bilingual candidates with strong experience are absolutely encouraged to apply.
