This role is an Entry-Level Recruitment/Sales position with sky-high bonus potential, unlimited commissions and the ability to build YOUR own desk & business.
Responsibilities- Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
- Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
- Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
- Hunt for and close new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads
- Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key-stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What’s our offer- Targeted annual (1st year) income of $70k-$150k
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out in two installments; the 1st is paid 60 days into the role and the 2nd installment is paid 120 days in.
- Base hourly pay at $15-$20/hr.
